The Marketing Agency (“Eskore Digitals”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of its clients and is committed to ensuring that client personal and sensitive information is collected, used, disclosed, and stored in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

The Agency may collect client personal information for the purposes of providing marketing services, including but not limited to names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and marketing preferences. The Agency will only collect client personal information that is necessary for the performance of its services and will obtain consent from clients prior to collecting, using, or disclosing their personal information.

At eskore Digitals, we recognize and ensure that the protection of our clients’ personal information is a major priority.

We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties, agencies, or freelancers.
We are aware of it and have agreed that, for the period of our contract with the Client,

1. A social media username and password.

2. The plans we develop for your company.

3. We develop content for you.

4. Images and advertisement content.

We hereby acknowledge having read, duly executed, and will provide the Client with a copy of our Obligation letter.
It guarantees that I have followed and will follow all of the requirements of the service contract, including our obligation to keep all of the client’s trade secrets confidential.

Over the course of our engagement, we helped to shape the Client’s digital image.

We acknowledge that, as mentioned in our Service Agreement, client owns all right, title, and interest in and to all advertising material created or generated by Agency.

Data Security

The Agency takes reasonable steps to protect client personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to client personal information is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

Information Access

Clients may request access to their personal information held by the Agency and request corrections to any inaccuracies.

Complaints

Clients may raise any concerns or complaints about the Agency’s handling of their personal information by contacting the Agency’s Data Protection Officer.

Information Retention

We certify that we do not retain digital content after the contract expires, including data reports of the client’s digital advertisements or commercial trade secrets.
